This MOU, which is part of the strategic development plan for Singapore football, will structure the coorperation between the two federations for four years and consists of:
 
  • The training of the players, most particularly the young ones, with the possibility to send them to Centre de Clairefontaine (The  U-17 team  has recently done an internship at FC Metz and have come back with great experiences);
  • The training for trainers and referees.
  • The sharing of experiences in administrative and managerial areas, as well as in medical aspects, ICT and marketing. Singapore  vows to organize the  U-17 World Cup  and is looking forward to have advices in the area of organisation.
This agreement has been signed by Mr. Bernard Desumer, Vice-President of the FFF and by Mr. Zainudin Nordin, President of the FAS. The French delegation consisted also of Mr. Alain Casteran, FFF’s International Relations Director and Mr. François Blaquart, National Technical Director.

The signing ceremony took place at Jalan Besar stadium, in presence of both print and broadcast media.
 
The French Embassy and the Institut français Singapour who are associated to the event, will be fully commited to help to move forward this agreement which  illustrates the dynamism of our bilateral relation, including between our two civil societies.
